Mikaela brings a strong background in recruitment coordination, administration, and pastoral care. In her role, she supports candidate onboarding, interview scheduling, and compliance, all while ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. She is known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and dependable work ethic.

Mikaela holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management (NZQA Level 7 equivalent) and completed several months of hands-on training in Louisiana, USA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Golden Retriever Daisy and is passionate about personal growth and building meaningful connections.
