AN is a motivated and reliable trade assistant looking to establish a long-term career in the trades. His recent experience includes Trade Assistant supporting welders which included Fire Sentry work in confined spaces. He also has experience in warehousing, dispatch and machine operations. He has proven himself to be self-directed, physically capable, and safety conscious. He is eager to apply his hands-on skills in a workshop or industrial environment where he can continue learning and contribute to the team.

Skills & Experience:

• Firewatching and safety monitoring during hot works in high-risk environments
• Assisting tradespeople with general labour, materials handling, and workshop tasks
• Use of hand and power tools to assist welders with grinding and clean up of welds
• 4 years’ warehousing experience: pick/pack, dispatch, and high stock handling
• Hands-on work uplifting carpet and underlay for flooring installations
• Machine operation, dangerous goods, and biosecurity handling experience
• Reliable and self-motivated – known to go above and beyond without supervision
• Physically fit, with a strong interest in learning and developing trade skills
