Skills & Experience:

• Over 2 years experience in front-of-house and arrivals co-ordination in the Aviation industry
• Excellent customer service skills, including handling complaints and supporting customers with special needs
• Experience with RF scanners, stock counting and inventory accuracy`
• Conducted dangerous goods checks and safety compliance procedures
• Confident communicator – face-to-face, over radio and via email
• Basic machine operation and fabric handling experience
