CK is a highly skilled Mechanical Fitter and 1st Class Machinist with over 35 years’ experience across the marine, dairy, oil & gas, energy, and mining sectors in both New Zealand and Australia. He is an expert in mechanical plant maintenance, shutdowns, and machine building and has led numerous high-risk projects—including turbine overhauls, refinery shutdowns, and critical path installations. He is a capable leader and has a high level of commitment to safety and quality. As a regular Techtrade contractor over the last 4 years, we have received great feedback on CKI’s technical abilitity.

• Over 30 years’ experience in fixed plant maintenance and mechanical fitting
• Skilled in machine assembly, machining, line boring, laser alignment, and flange management
• Experienced in pipe fitting, valve refurbishments, hydraulic and steam systems
• Shutdowns, turbine upgrades, and critical path installation projects
• Capable leader with project management and site supervision experience
