• Heavy vehicle fitting, welding and chassis/body modifications
• MIG and aluminium welding, fabrication of steel, alloy, and plastic components
• Manufacture and modification of heavy, tracked, and towable machinery
• Assembly of vehicle bodies, hydraulic lifts, roller doors, and structural frames
• CNC mill, lathe, hydraulic press, robot welder, and hand tool operation
• Fleet upgrades, accident repairs, and safety-critical modifications (UK public transport)
• Strong leadership, QA focus, and communication across workshop teams

• NVQ Level 4 Senior Vehicle Engineer (UK equivalent)
