NB is an experienced maintenance engineer with over 15 years in plastics manufacturing. He’s trade-qualified in plastics engineering and skilled in machinery maintenance, die setting, and plant improvements. He has led shutdowns, managed contractors, and played a key role in a number of large technical projects.

• Preventative and reactive maintenance of machinery, tooling, and plant equipment
• Skilled in die setting, blow moulding, and general machining (milling, turning, grinding)
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities across plant and ancillary equipment
• Experienced in managing maintenance records (FLIX CMMS) and coordinating shutdowns
• Health & Safety focused with contractor supervision and risk management experience

• National Certificate in Engineering & Technology (Plastics Engineering) – Level 4
• National Certificate in Plastics Processing Technology (Blow Moulding) – Level 1 & 2
• Apprenticeship Certificate in Engineering and Technology
• National Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (Workplace Safety) – Level 1
