RI is a trade-qualified Fitter Turner with over 35 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including more than two decades as a shift fitter at OJI Fibre Solutions. His background spans plant and boiler maintenance, heavy fabrication, and shutdown work across plastics, quarrying, and manufacturing sectors. He is highly skilled in welding, diagnostics, and machine servicing, and brings a calm, practical, and safety-conscious approach to the job. RI is seeking a full time permanent position where he can draw on his experience and continue to grow and learn.

Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical fitting, fault diagnosis, and full plant maintenance in 24/7 manufacturing
• Shutdown supervision and pump rebuilds in large-scale production environments
• Welding expertise: stainless, aluminium, TIG, stick, and black pipe
• Fabrication and machining of components for heavy industry
• Conveyor, boiler, and hydraulic system servicing and diagnostics
• SAP software experience and permit-to-work systems (hot work, confined space)
• Overhead gantry, lifting and slinging, and site safety compliance
