He’s skilled in plant maintenance, shutdowns, installations, and machine overhauls, with expertise in conveyor systems, pump rebuilds, and fabrication. He is well qualified, confident working independently or leading teams and is known for his strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and commitment to safety.

Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical fitting, troubleshooting, and critical breakdown repairs of FMCG plant, including beverage and food production machinery
• General plant maintenance, shutdowns, fabrication, and installation and commissioning of machinery and systems
• Conveyor and filler system overhauls (incl. Krones & food-grade machinery)
• Assistance with design and working to blueprints to fabricate machinery components
• Laser alignment, pipework, pump rebuilds, and lubrication schedules
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in fast-paced environments

• Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Maintenance and Diagnostics)
• National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Level 4)
• National Certificate in Welding (Level 3)
• Certificate of Condition Monitoring & Diagnostics – British Institute of NDT
