- Forklift operation (4–10t), loading/unloading containers and trucks
- Inwards goods, pick/packing, and inventory control
- Timber handling and processing in busy yard environments
- Deliveries, sales and customer interaction
- Background in leadership, teamwork, and high standards from Army service
