Has successfully completed a wide range of assignments in maintenance fitting, light fabrication, and machine building for our clients, receiving consistently excellent feedback. He completed an Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Mechanical Maintenance and worked extensively on aluminium extrusion presses, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors. Known for his technical skill, problem-solving abilities, and reliability.

• 10+ years experience in maintenance fitting, light fabrication and machinery rebuilds/installation.
• Excellent at fault finding, emergency repairs and problem solving operational and mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Experienced with motors, gearboxes, pumps, cylinders, valves and conveyors.
• Has stripped and rebuilt aluminum extrusion lines, is skilled at milling/lathe work and precise with mechanical assembly and installation.
• Very good Mig & Arc welding skills.
